One of the world’s largest toy and entertainment companies goes public through a comprehensive and integrated IPO offering to the investor marketplace.

Spin Master, the fifth largest toy company in the world, was retained by Bryan Mills Ltd. to create and execute a comprehensive, integrated IPO marketing program. Bryan Mills Ltd. was responsible for all logistics of the program that included a brand video, management presentations and speeches, Q+A coaching, prospectus artwork and kit and consulted on elaborate retail shows and product displays. The program resulted in an oversubscribed deal.
