Canada Student Housing (CHC)
Brand creation for student housing startup results in a comprehensive student “lifestyle” brand platform.
With very little brand recognition and a unique platform, CHC required a dynamic brand identity and online presence that would embody its culture and approach to fulfilling the demand for quality student housing. Our objective was two-fold: Establish a compelling brand positioning, identity and website that would enable it to connect with students, while at the same time attracting investors to its vision of becoming the largest student housing brand in Canada. The initial launch raised awareness of CHC properties among its target audiences by 300%, resulting in a large increase in tenant applications both locally and abroad.
